Cross Country Education is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech and language services, supervise SLPAs, and help students in Culver City, CA develop the communication skills and confidence they need to succeed in school and beyond.

Position Overview: 

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress toward communication goals.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in accordance with state regulations and professional standards.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

Qualifications: 

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active California Speech-Language Pathology License (CA-SLP)
  • Must be qualified to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
  • School-based experience preferred
