Position Overview:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations for K–2 students to determine special education eligibility.
  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams and parents to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to support social-emotional development in early primary years.
  • Participate in staff institute days and meetings to align services with district goals.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or higher in School Psychology
  • Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist Endorsement
  • Expertise in cognitive, academic, and social-emotional assessment tools for early childhood
