Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide thoughtful, student-centered services that help learners develop greater independence, confidence, and success in the school environment throughout the 2026–2027 school year in Beverly Hills, CA.

Position Overview 

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students from preschool through high school, including direct therapy and consultation based on individual student needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and use findings to develop appropriate recommendations and intervention strategies.
  • Develop and maintain accurate reports and IEP documentation, including progress updates and service recommendations.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to support student development and educational goals.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
  • Active California Occupational Therapist (OTR) License
  • School-based occupational therapy experience required, with experience supporting students across multiple grade levels preferred
