Position Overview: 

• Direct the end-to-end IEP process, including the professional drafting, writing, and administration of individualized plans to meet diverse student needs.
• Provide specialized academic support to a broad student population ranging from Pre-K through 8th grade, focusing on Mild-to-Moderate learning disabilities.
• Partner with the educational team and work with general education teachers and staff to ensure inclusive and effective student outcomes.
• Utilize data-driven assessments to track student growth and adjust instructional strategies to ensure all educational milestones are met.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Valid California Education Specialist Instruction Credential
• Specific expertise in Reading, Writing, and Administering IEPs (Required)
• Prior experience or specialized training in K-8 instruction and early childhood development
