Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in Aston, Broomall, or Newtown Square, PA, to support school-age students through individualized assistance, positive encouragement, and meaningful learning experiences.

Position Overview

• Provide direct educational and behavioral support to school-age students in a specialized educational setting.
• Assist students with daily learning activities, classroom activities, individualized educational goals, and developmental needs.
• Support students with classroom routines, transitions, and participation in educational activities.
• Collaborate with teachers and educational staff to implement support strategies and maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current hands-on CPR Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to complete required safety training upon assignment and obtain and maintain all required Pennsylvania clearances, including FBI fingerprinting
