Cross Country Education is seeking Special Education Paraprofessionals in Colorado Springs, CO to support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs across elementary, middle, and high school settings, including Resource, Significant Support Needs, Preschool, and CSD programs.

Position Overview 

• Provide individualized academic, behavioral, and classroom support to students with diverse special education needs.
• Assist teachers with classroom activities, instructional tasks, student supervision, and implementation of individualized learning strategies.
• Support students in developing academic, social, behavioral, communication, and independence skills throughout the school day.
• Maintain accurate student records and communicate effectively with teachers, school staff, and other members of the educational team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Experience supporting students with behavioral needs and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
