Position Overview

  • Provide physical therapy services to K–12 students, supporting mobility, functional skills, and participation in the school environment.
  • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized therapy goals and interventions, and monitor student progress.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs and promote progress across school settings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with professional and school-based standards.

Qualifications 

  • Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
  • Valid Connecticut Physical Therapist (PT) License
  • School-based or pediatric physical therapy experience preferred; strong communication and collaboration skills
