Position Overview: 

• Deliver weekly teletherapy sessions designed to help a high school student access their curriculum and improve functional classroom skills.
• Monitor, track, and report on specific student progress toward established Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals within the digital platform.
• Consult with school staff and parents to ensure therapy strategies are integrated into the student’s daily academic routine.
• Maintain accurate service logs and provide input for annual reviews to ensure the student's developmental needs are met.

Qualifications: 

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Texas state Occupational Therapist (OT) License
• Prior experience working within a K-12 setting, with a strong understanding of high school-level transitional and functional needs
• Proficiency in using virtual platforms to engage students and deliver effective remote services
