Position Overview

• Provide individualized and small-group academic, behavioral, and classroom support to high school students.
• Assist teachers in maintaining a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Support student engagement, classroom routines, transitions, and individualized student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to reinforce instructional goals and promote student success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid ELS Substitute License required
• Valid Driver's License
• Experience supporting high school students in an educational, behavioral, or youth-services setting preferred
