Enjoy a 4-day work week while empowering K-8 students to find their voice and reach their full potential! Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in the Casa Grande, AZ area during the 2026–2027 school year.
 
Position Overview:

  • Provide speech-language evaluations, therapy, and individualized treatment plans for K–8 students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student communication and academic success.
  • Manage a diverse caseload while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with state and district requirements.

Qualifications: 

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Arizona State Board Speech-Language Pathology License
  • Active Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Experience supporting K–8 students in a school-based setting preferred
