Join Cross Country Education as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) and help middle school students build confidence and overcome challenges in Lakeside, CA during the 2026–2027 academic year.
Position Overview:
- Provide individual and group counseling services to support middle school students’ social-emotional, behavioral, and academic success.
- Conduct assessments, develop student support plans, and provide evidence-based counseling interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and school teams to address student needs and promote positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with professional standards and school-based requirements.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) License
- California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential preferred
- School-based counseling experience required; experience supporting middle school students preferred
