Cross Country Education is seeking a compassionate School Counselor to support students' academic, social, and emotional success in Easton, MD, while guiding them toward future educational and career goals.

Position Overview: 

  • Provide individual and group counseling to support students' academic, social, emotional, and career development.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to develop student support plans.
  • Guide students through academic planning, school transitions, career exploration, and post-secondary readiness.
  • Maintain student records, interpret assessment data, and participate in student support meetings.

Qualifications: 

  • Master's Degree in School Counseling or a related field
  • Valid Maryland School Counselor/Guidance Counselor Certification (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting (Preferred)
