Position Overview:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), providing research-based instruction and teaching techniques to help K-5 students.
- Assess and monitor student progress to determine the effectiveness of instructional strategies and implement adjustments.
- Partner with the child study team to coordinate instructional strategies and the best approach assist students.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree or HQ status in relevant academic area (Preferred)
- Tennessee Teaching License with Special Education endorsement
- Knowledge of SPED practices and behavioral / emotional disabilities
- 2+ years of Teaching experience (Urban / Charter school Preferred)
