Position Overview:

• Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication services to students across assigned school sites in the Federal Way area.
• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to determine student eligibility for services and write measurable, IEP-compliant goals and treatment plans.
• Deliver direct individual and group therapy to address articulation, fluency, voice, and receptive/expressive language disorders.
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, special education teams, and administrators to integrate therapeutic strategies into the general education environment.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Required)
• Valid unrestricted Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or active Clinical Fellowship (CF) status (Preferred)
